Registration of interest

Families who are interested in enrolling their child at Tatachilla Lutheran College are asked to complete the Registration of Interest form below as early as possible.

A non-refundable registration fee of $50 will apply to each family. This means that one fee will be charged per household, not per student. 

This form must be accompanied by the following supporting documentation:

• Certified copy of student’s birth certificate
• Copy of two most recent school reports (if applicable)
• Copy of most recent NAPLAN results (if applicable)
• Copy of student’s passport and visa (if the student is not an Australian Citizen)
• Copy of court order and/or parenting plan pertaining to the guardianship arrangements for the student (if applicable)
• Copies of relevant reports/assessments/plans relating to special learning needs and/or wellbeing and health management
• Copy of personalised education plan / Individual Education Plan (IEP) from current school (if applicable)

This documentation should be provided separately to our Enrolments Registrar at the same time that the online Registration of Interest form is submitted.
